From submission to published report
Submit with a free company account. Individual review. Ship only after acceptance — DDP. Digital certificate, and you decide whether the report text becomes public.
Submit — with your free company account
Create a free company account, fill in the short submission form and send it. Free of charge, and product value is not a selection criterion — low-cost and high-cost products are equally welcome.
Selection — every submission is reviewed individually
Acceptance is a personal decision based on technical interest, novelty, relevance to Europe, feasibility and capacity. Not every product is accepted; rejections come with a short reason and resubmission stays open.
Send the product — only after acceptance
With the acceptance you receive a unique project ID (e.g. EP-2026-0017) and the shipping address, shown in your company portal. The address is never published.
What shipping a product means
- The product is provided free of charge and is not returned. It stays with the reviewer after the review, so that long-term everyday use can be observed.
- You carry the shipping cost, and you carry all import duties and taxes.
- Ship as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Without DDP the carrier charges import VAT and customs duty to the recipient. Shipments that arrive with unpaid duties cannot be accepted and will be refused.
- Declare the shipment truthfully. Under-declaring the value to reduce duty is not acceptable and puts the recipient at legal risk.
- No payment, sponsorship or compensation is exchanged in either direction.
European perspective
The product is used and examined from a European customer perspective — in real daily use, not on a checklist.
Report & certificate
You read the full report first and can download it. You may flag factual errors — conclusions stay independent. Then you decide whether the report text becomes public.
What is public, what is your choice
- Always public: product data, manufacturer, review date and certificate number. This is agreed at submission and cannot be withdrawn later.
- Your choice: whether the written report becomes publicly readable.
- Never public: your uploaded documents and your contact details.
- You receive the digital certificate either way. Its number can be checked by anyone on the Certificates page.
